ABOUT THE BAND

For Pete's Sake is a cover band in the Columbus Ohio area. We are available for gigs - bars, restaurants, music in the park, festivals, and private parties. Contact us at forpetessakeohio@gmail.com to learn more.

The band has great chemistry and are good friends, so we are in it primarily for the fun. We have a blast on the stage and often ad lib lyrics, improvise, and jam. We mix up who is singing lead and there are plenty of backup vocals and harmonies. This makes us versatile and all our songs certainly don't sound the same.

Gregg and Pete have been playing music together for many years. Kelly joined in 2019 and we rocked Gregg's basement through the early pandemic years. In 2021, Brent joined us as sound guru and we started playing gigs. Dustin, Steve, Scott, and Rick joined in 2025.

We play a variety of covers from 1960s to 2020s: Foo Fighters, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, Linda Ronstadt, Rush, Elle King, Spoon, Beatles, KT Tunstall, Brooks & Dunn, Indigo Girls, Chris Stapleton, Amy Winehouse, Gin Blossoms, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Doobie Brothers, 4 Non Blondes, Black Crowes, John Mellencamp, Govt Mule, Elle King, The McCoy's, Darius Rucker, Natalie Merchant, and more. There is something for everyone and we add new songs every few weeks.
